Patrick P. Lee, chairman and CEO of International Motion Control Inc., will receive the Business Executive of the Year award at Canisius College's Business Awards Dinner on Oct. 12. Lee, a regent emeritus of Canisius, also serves on the executive committee of the Imagine Canisius capital campaign.
The college recently dedicated the Patrick P. Lee Student Recreation Center in his honor, a project that was largely funded by a gift from Lee.
Lee holds a bachelor of science degree from St. Louis University and received an honorary doctor of humane letters degree from Canisius earlier this year.
International Motion Control specializes in motion control technologies and is headquartered in Buffalo.
Marsha S. Henderson, Western New York district president at KeyBank, will receive the Dr. Bernard L. Martin Award, an honor that is given annually to a distinguished graduate of Canisius' MBA program.
Dr. Lynn A Fish, associate professor of management/marketing at Canisius, will be recognized as the 1999 Dr. Donald E. Calvert Outstanding Professor.
Ellen R. Christy, manager of security at Niagara Mohawk Power Corp.'s Western Division, will receive the Rev. Thomas E. Fleming S.J. Distinguished Service Award.
The awards dinner, sponsored by the Council to the Richard J. Wehle School of Business, will be held in the Richard E. Winter '42 Student Center.
