Saving Grace Ministries, Inc. has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Patrick P. Lee Foundation, in support of the SGM, Inc. GED Program. The award will assist more than 40 individuals in preparing to obtain their GED.

SGM, Inc. has served the Western New York community since 2001, providing transitional housing, case management and supportive services to homeless adult men and women reentering the community after a period of incarceration. The GED program, begun in 2011, provides individualized tutoring and support to assist clients in preparing to take the New York State GED exam.
