Board to Lead Roswell Park
Roswell Park Cancer Institute has announced its first board of directors as a public-benefit corporation, a new organizational structure allowed by 1997 state legislation aimed at giving the cancer center more management flexibility.
Patrick P. Lee, chairman and chief executive officer of International Motion Control, has been named board chairman.
Other members are Dorcas Colvin, associate vice president for human resource management at Buffalo State College; Robert Fine, senior member of Hurwitz & Fine; Anne Gioia, board member of the Roswell Park Alliance; Gordon Gross, senior partner of Gross, Shuman, Brizdle & Gilfillan; Mary Louise Mallick, director of budget studies for the State Senate Finance Committee; Gregory Stamm, senior partner of Stamm, Reynolds & Stamm; Nora Sullivan, executive vice president of Rand Capital Corp., and George Yancey, president and director of Perry's Ice Cream Co.
