Williamsville, NY - On Sunday, March 7th from 10am – 1pm, some very special girls will receive some extra tender loving care at Vogue Salon & Day Spa in Williamsville. Girls from Camp Good Days & Special Times, which provides services for children fighting cancer, will be treated, along with their mothers, to a morning of pampering.
For the sixth year in a row, employees from Vogue Salon and Day Spa, located at 30 Los Robles Street in Williamsville, will come into work on their day off to treat 10 young girls dealing with cancer and their mothers to manicures, pedicures, haircuts, facials, and massages. The ladies also will enjoy a wonderful breakfast of fresh fruit and pastries as they relax and enjoy the experience of being pampered.
The three owners of Vogue Salon, Teresa Lapi, Chris Piggot and Debbie Principale all feel very fortunate to have the ability to open up their services to this group from Camp Good Days. “It is an honor to give these young girls and their mothers a day they will never forget,” said Lapi “It will be a day of laughter and fun…and a chance for everyone to rejuvenate their souls.”
Camp Good Days Camper, Brianna, 6, of Newfane is especially looking forward to this event. “Pink is my favorite color, so I am going to have my fingernails and toenails painted bright pink!” she says gleefully.
Camp Good Days would like to thank the Patrick Lee Foundation for assistance with this program.
