The application process is begun by initiating a "Letter
of Intent" (LOI) electronic form which defines the
scope and general guidelines of the proposed project.
Once the project is reviewed by the Patrick P. Lee Foundation
Grant Committee, an electronic notification will be sent to
the applicant's email address.
If your project falls within our areas of interest, we will
invite you to submit an online grant application. This
application requires more detailed information; supporting
documentation and other materials for the final grant review.
The Patrick P. Lee Foundation board will review the proposed
project as described under Patrick P. Lee Foundation grant
guidelines and appropriateness of requested grant amount.
Decisions on grant awards are made in March, June, September and December.
Grant support is provided to non-profit, tax exempt
organizations as defined under section 501 (c) (3) of the
United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code. The
foundation will review proposals submitted by tax exempt
organizations that assume legal, fiscal and administrative
responsibility for approved grants.
